As a Managed Services Provider (MSP) we will monitor and manage your IT system offsite. We will receive alerts of potential problems that may arise on any of the devices set up on your network and allow us to fix accordingly. This is a preventative measure that will allow you to focus on your business and us on your IT system.

 

Networking

If your business is running off of more than one computer, chances are you could benefit from an IT network. Networking involves the use of a server in which all files and software that need to be shared on a daily basis are stored. A network will allow you to better organize your business and increase communication and collaboration among employees.

 

Support

At times, even a well managed network can come across problems. Should this be the case, a simple email to support@xpnetworking.com will open a Service Order for your issue. You will then be sent an automatic email confirming the receipt of your request. From here your Service Order will be assigned to a tech whose contact information you will also receive in an email. The tech will then be in contact with you to setup a time to come out and resolve your issue within 48 hours.

 

Data Backup

We offer a wide variety of Barracuda Network products to provide you with comprehensive data backup which is stored securely offsite. We will assess your network and determine which appliance will be the best solution for your business. A standard monthly backup charge is invoiced based on the amount of data that is backed up each month.

 

Mobile Communication

Remote Desktop Connection will allow you to work outside the office with the same efficiency you have sitting at your desk. If your work requires traveling or you desire to work from home, we can enable your laptop with a variety of mobile capabilities. You will be able to access files, software and printers located at the office while in a remote location.
